VoIP / SIP Trunk Interoperability with 3CX
3CX works with VoIP and SIP trunk providers that have demonstrated compatibility with the 3CX Phone System. Providers and templates are grouped into different interoperability categories depending on who completed the testing and what supporting information is available.
Interop Categories
3CX Tested
Providers tested directly by 3CX and meeting the applicable technical, support and commercial requirements. 3CX Tested providers are listed in the 3CX product and on the 3CX website.
VoIP Provider Tested
Providers that complete the required 3CX interoperability testing and submit supporting test results for review. Once approved, they are listed in the 3CX product and on the 3CX website. VoIP Provider tested means 3CX has not directly tested the provider’s overall service.
Community
This category covers templates submitted or requested by 3CX Partners, end users or members of the 3CX Community. Community templates are available in the 3CX product but are not listed in the main VoIP Provider directory on the 3CX website. A Community template may later move to VoIP Provider Tested if the provider completes the required interoperability process.
