Una configurazione 3CX FREE non può essere migrata a un sistema 3CX dedicato.

- Cliccare su “Aggiornamento”, scegliere l'edizione e il numero di chiamate simultanee e cliccare su “Aggiungi al carrello” per procedere al pagamento.
Per spostare il sistema da ospitato da 3CX a un ambiente autogestito, segui i seguenti passi:
- Creare un backup del sistema attuale.
- Accedere al proprio account 3CX e andare alla sezione I miei sistemi.
- Individuare il sistema richiesto e cliccare su "Gestisci". Poi, andare alla sezione "Prodotto" per controllare lo stato attuale dell'installazione:
- Se il sistema è elencato come autogestito, cliccare su Installa per procedere con l'installazione sul proprio ambiente autogestito.
- Se il sistema è elencato come in hosting (Hosted), cliccare su "Esecuzione" e selezionare “Arresta” per interrompere il sistema in hosting. Attendere che lo stato di installazione cambi in Autogestito, quindi cliccare su "Installa" per procedere con l'installazione nell'ambiente autogestito.

Non è possibile effettuare o ricevere chiamate esterne finché non si collega il trunk SIP. Finché non si effettua questa operazione, si potranno eseguire solo chiamate interne. Per fare e ricevere chiamate esterne, devi prima configurare il tuo trunk SIP e la gestione delle chiamate.

Le programme partenaire 3CX est ouvert aux entreprises qui peuvent vendre et dépanner activement les systèmes 3CX. Découvrez tout ce que vous devez savoir sur les niveaux de partenariat 3CX. Vous devrez placer un minimum de commande de 1 000 EUR dans les 7 jours suivant votre entrée dans le programme partenaire. Envoyez-vous votre formulaire de demande de partenariat 3CX.

Pour configurer un système dédié, connectez-vous à votre compte 3CX, sélectionnez 'Ajouter un système', et choisissez une des trois premières options.
Une fois créé, suivez les instructions contenues dans les emails de confirmation et dans le manuel administrateur pour configurer le système.
Cliquez sur ¨Forgot Your Password?¨ et suivez les instructions envoyées par email pour réinitialiser ou créer un nouveau mot de passe pour votre compte 3CX.
Pour renouveler votre souscription 3CX :
- Connectez-vous à votre compte 3CX sur https://login.3cx.com.
- Allez sur "Mes systèmes".
- Cliquez sur "Renouveler".
Pour upgrader votre souscription 3CX :
- Connectez-vous à votre compte 3CX sur https://login.3cx.com.
- Allez sur "Mes systèmes".
- Cliquez sur "Upgrade", choisissez l'édition et le nombre d'appels simultanés, et cliquez sur ¨Ajouter au panier¨ pour procéder au paiement.
Pour migrer votre système 3CX d'un hébergement par 3CX vers un environnement auto-administré, suivez ces étapes :
- Créez une sauvegarde de votre système actuel.
- Connectez-vous à votre compte 3CX et allez dans la section Mes systèmes.
- Localisez le système concerné et cliquez sur Administrer Puis, allez dans la section Produit pour contrôler le statut d'installation actuel :
- Si votre système est listé en tant que 'Autogéré, cliquez sur Installer pour procéder à l'installation de votre environnement autogéré.
- Si votre système est listé en tant que 'Hébergé', cliquez sur "En cours" et sélectionnez Arrêter pour arrêter le système hébergé. Attendez que le statut d'installation passe sur Autogéré, puis cliquez sur Installer pour procéder à l'installation de votre environnement autogéré.
Référez-vous au guide d'installation 3CX pour terminer l'installation de votre système sur votre infrastructure auto-administrée.
Vous ne pouvez pas passer ou recevoir d'appels externes avant de vous connecter à un trunk SIP. Jusqu'à ce que vous connectiez votre trunk SIP, vous pouvez passer uniquement des appels externes.
Pour passer et recevoir des appels externes, vous devez d'abord configurer votre trunk SIP et la gestion des appels.
